Pickup-only 5x10 dump trailer rental. $140 per day plus HST, $500 refundable security deposit. You tow, load, dump and return the trailer.

This agreement is between V Rentals ("we", "us") and the person named on the reservation ("you", "the Renter"). It covers the 5x10 single-axle dump trailer (GVWR 4,950 lb, payload up to 2,750 lb) assigned to your reservation, including its ramps, tarp, battery, jack and tires.
All rentals are pickup only. You pick the trailer up from our yard at the agreed time, tow it yourself, load it, dump it at a facility of your choosing and return it to the same yard. We do not deliver, place, load or dump on your behalf.
A rental day is 24 hours from the pickup time shown on your reservation. The rate is $140 per day plus 13% HST. Late returns are billed at the full daily rate for each additional day or part-day, charged to the security deposit or the card on file.
A $500 refundable security deposit is collected at checkout. It is refunded after the trailer is returned on time, empty, undamaged and with no outstanding charges. We may deduct from the deposit for late return, damage, cleaning, disposal of left-behind material, lost equipment, or fines and tolls incurred while the trailer is in your possession.
You must hold a valid driver's licence and present it at pickup. Your tow vehicle must be rated for the loaded weight of the trailer and equipped with a 2-5/16 inch ball, working electrical connection and safety chains. You are responsible for confirming your vehicle and hitch are legal and adequate before towing.
You are responsible for the trailer from pickup until return, including theft, fire, vandalism and collision damage. You confirm your auto insurance extends to a towed trailer, or you accept full financial responsibility. You are liable for all traffic violations, parking tickets, tolls and property damage occurring while the trailer is in your care.
Never exceed the trailer's payload of 2,750 lb or its 4,950 lb GVWR. Loads must be evenly distributed, level with the sides and covered with the tarp before towing. Overloading voids the deposit refund and makes you liable for any resulting damage or towing incident.
The trailer may not be used for hazardous or liquid waste, asbestos, paint, solvents, fuels, oils, batteries, propane tanks, tires, refrigerants, medical waste, contaminated soil, wet concrete or any burning or smouldering material. Ask us before loading anything you are unsure about.
The trailer is inspected at pickup and at return. Return it empty and swept out at the agreed time. A cleaning or disposal fee is charged if material is left in the trailer. Report any mechanical issue, flat tire or damage to us immediately rather than continuing to tow.
Cancel or change your dates by calling or messaging us before your pickup time and the rental amount is refunded in full. No-shows and same-day cancellations after the pickup window may forfeit one rental day. The security deposit is always refundable.
Rental, tax and deposit are charged at checkout by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Additional charges arising under this agreement may be charged to the same card. Interac e-Transfer and cash are confirmed manually by a V Rentals team member.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. By accepting it at checkout you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to these terms, and that the version accepted is stored with your reservation as your signed copy.
